Sashimi Party

We get together, have suishi and have fun. The sashimi was ordered and picked up from a whole sale fisherman's market (where A list restaurants get their sashimi from) in the morning. And our very best Chef Calvin prepared them for us to enjoy in the afternoon and evening. The quality of the material and the preparation is as good as it gets.



People arrived late, so we decdied to have a toro tasting round.



Chef Louis was preparing sushi rice.

People arrived, Chef Calvin was presenting his production.



Aberrone sahimi. It was served over dry ice to keep its freshness. And it has to be slice into very thin pieces.



People started some Wii action while waiting for Chef Calvin to prepare the 2nd round.
